Terms of use

1. About the service. This is a free, non-commercial tool for viewing and analysing transport refrigeration unit logs (A-Series, SLXi, T and UT series). The service is an independent project and is not affiliated with any refrigeration-equipment manufacturer or its software; model series are named solely to indicate file-format compatibility. Format support was implemented through independent study of the log files for interoperability.

2. No warranty. The service is provided "as is". Log parsing, charts, the alarm-code reference and analysis hints are for guidance only and are not repair instructions. Base any repair or operating decisions on the official service documentation for your unit and on qualified personnel. The operators accept no liability for losses arising from use of the service.

3. Your data. By uploading files you confirm that you are entitled to process them. Uploaded logs are visible only to you and to the service administrator (for support). You may delete your files at any time; the administrator may also remove data (for example, to free space or on a breach of these terms).

4. Account. Your password and recovery code are stored as hashes; the service never emails passwords. Keep your recovery code — if it is lost, access can only be restored through the contact form.

5. Restrictions. Do not upload malicious files, attempt to disrupt the service, or access other users' data.

6. Changes. These terms may be updated; the current version is always available on this page.
